The figure shows the specifications of AT-cut plates. We can manufacture round and square plates.
Please specify the cutting angle (direction angle (θ)) and whether there are seed crystals or not.
We can also manufacture dimensions and thicknesses, and perform principal surface finishing upon request.

Quartz Wafer for Laminated Substrates
We offer wafers suitable for laminating with wafers other than quartz crystals. We can accommodate up to 6 inches.
The surface roughness Ra of the principal surface is finished to less than 0.5 nm, and the TTV (Total Thickness Variation) is finished to less than 0.5 μm.
